Robbie is Really Back.

No teaser this time, well except for new album, “Reality Killed the Video Star” which is out November 9th 2009. The video for 1st single “Bodies” is here now.
Robbie shaving cut-throat/wing-mirror style and tinkering with his motorbike in the desert. Looking VERY Good.
Echoes of previous videos and a mix of cultural references you expect from Robbie. Intimacy with real life girlfriend round a campfire, global-scale imagery as he struts his Robbie stuff on top of abandoned planes.
Vast and vulnerable. Spiritual-physical. The more I think about it the more I think it’s a very good Comeback Single.
Produced by Trevor Horn, Medieval Chant and Gospel styles mix with dirty electro lines and drums, clean eastern flavoured strings and big pop strings. Unmistakably Robbie, multi-layered and compact, can’t wait for the album and more videos.
