Here comes the B&Q sick bay lady
What bargains will she find today?
Plants that were left somewhere a bit too shady
Or dried up in the sunshine on display

There's a little corner for the withered and dying
And the wilted ones that don't look very nice
And to encourage the customers into buying
They're marked down to a fraction of the price

B&Q sick bay lady will tend them
Take them home to her garden and mend them
Soon she will be watching them bloom
Soon she will be smelling their sweet perfume
B&Q sick bay lady

The petals have fallen from their drooping heads
Hanging sadly over their pots
She will go home and plant them in her flower beds
And water them lots and lots

Their leaves are crispy and their stems are broken
But she thinks the y will probably be fine
If she takes them home for a proper good soaking
With the help of some sticks and twine

B&Q sick bay lady will tend them
Take them home to her garden and mend them
Soon she will be watching them bloom
Soon she will be smelling their sweet perfume

Some of them are straggly or a little bit bare
And they all look completely undernourished
But she'll give them some compost and some loving care
And very soon they will hopefully flourish

She will turn the yellow brown into a verdant green
And even though they seem barely alive
Her garden is as lush as you have ever seen
As the B&Q sick bay flowers thrive

B&Q sick bay lady will tend them

For the ones that are rejected
She has a plan
